Hi! This is one of the creators of Bellela, and as much as it pains me, I am here to inform you that we can not issue returns or refunds at this time. The reasoning behind this is that because our  buisness is quite new  we do not have the resourses or capability to issue refunds or returns at this time. But i hope that this will be the first polocy we change.
